Booking

All appointments should be booked online using our booking website. A credit card will be necessary to book any appointment.

Cancellations

If you wish to change, reschedule or cancel your appointment with The Den we ask you to contact us as soon as possible and before the 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Any appointments changed for cancelled within the 48 hour window will result in either a cancellation fee of 50% of your service total or a rebooking fee.

Deposits

Any service that totals over two hours will require a nonrefundable deposit to book. Your deposit will be credited to your total at check out. If you cancel within the 48 hour window or no show your appointment your deposit will not be refunded and a rebooking fee will be needed to rebook your appointment.

Contacting your stylist

We kindly ask that all contact with the salon and its stylists is done via email. Phone calls are accepted but may not be answered or returned as quickly. Texts sent to the salon will not be answered.
